1.2 This Policy explains the manner in which cookies and similar tracking technologies are used on the Vanavya Pulse product pages, login portal, and application (collectively, "Vanavya Pulse"), and the choices available to users in respect thereof.

1.3 This Policy forms part of, and is to be read together with, the Privacy Policy for Vanavya Pulse. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Privacy Policy for Vanavya Pulse.

1.4 By continuing to access or use Vanavya Pulse without disabling cookies through browser settings, the user consents to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy, save in respect of strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent under Applicable Law.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES

5.2 Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent a user from logging into or using material features of Vanavya Pulse. Disabling functional or performance cookies may affect the personalisation and performance of Vanavya Pulse but shall not prevent core access.

5.3 Where Vanavya Pulse presents a cookie consent banner or preference centre, a user may manage consent for functional, performance, and third-party cookies through such interface at any time.

6. RETENTION OF COOKIE DATA

Information collected through cookies is retained only for the duration necessary for the purpose for which the relevant cookie was placed, as set out in Clause 4, and is thereafter deleted or anonymised, save where longer retention is required by Applicable Law.

Vanavya Consulting reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies used on Vanavya Pulse or in Applicable Law. Material amendments shall be communicated through the Vanavya Pulse application or product pages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the rules framed thereunder.

This Policy has been adopted by the management of Vanavya Consulting Private Limited.
